Software Products or Updates:
There are no shipping charges for any Software Products or Updates, which are delivered electronically, except if you need the software on physical media.
Within the USA:
Standard Shipping: $7.00 for all orders
Estimated time of delivery: 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri)
Standard Shipping: $45.00 flat rate for all countries ($35 for Canada)
Estimated time of delivery: 3-10 business days to most countries, not counting on customs or any other delay during transit.

Orders placed by Friday after 4:00 pm CST and during the weekend, will be processed and shipped on Monday or on the next business day in case of a holiday.

GeoVision Software, Inc accepts returns on non-software products within 30 days of receipt. It usually takes 2-3 days after you have placed an order for it to be eligible for return. Software products are generally not eligible for returns because our installers are personalised and cannot be reused for another customer. Software product purchases can only be refunded when all of the following conditions are met: a) the request is made within 2 weeks of purchase, b) the software was not activated on any computer, c) for technical reasons, the software could not be activated on the computer it was intended to be installed on at the time of purchase.
